As a someone who lives with dogs we spend more time outdoors than the average person. Dog walks are a great way to unwind, enjoy time in nature and be mindful. The Wildlife Trusts' #30DaysWild annual challenge in June is a fantastic opportunity to do all this and raise awareness for preserving wildlife, the importance of green spaces and the effect nature has on our mental health. Each day in June, Brain behind the Bark will participate in this challenge to be 'wild' and complete a daily nature-focussed task. Join us on our journey and maybe try some of these things yourself!
