Day 23

Wildlife comes in all shapes and sizes. From the wildlife camera we know that several mammals and birds frequent our garden. But there are also smaller, sometimes tiny animals that have their home here. Today I noticed this minuscule hole in the ground. The blade of grass gives an indication of its size. Most likely this is the nest of a solitary bee. Find out more about solitary bees here.
